No refunds are provided for unused hours. There are absolutely no refunds for any fees related to website maintenance services. An administrative fee of $25 will be charged to the clients account for any late payments or declined credit card charges. You may cancel and renew at any time via your account page on our site. Basic software solution may terminate this agreement at anytime with written notice to the client.
